New details about the assassination attempt on President Trump are coming fast.
Earlier this morning former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino gave his opinion about the Secret Service almost unfathomable drop in security protocol that allowed a gunman with a rifle to climb atop a building a mere 130 yards away from President Trump. Having some very specific insight into protection detail protocol, Bongino gives a unique perspective on what might have gone wrong.

Making matters worse, the FBI are in charge of the investigation. The FBI has suffered irreversible credibility collapse, and many believe there is no worse agency to investigate the events than a highly politicized and weaponized Federal Bureau of Investigation, with a long and non-debatable history of corruption.
Obviously, accepting the lack of public trust in both the FBI and Secret Service, there is mounting speculation as to whether the assassination effort was the result of a series of grossly incompetent mistakes, or was perhaps a willfully blind -and intentional- failure of security.
Adding fuel to the fire of intentional security failures, the AP is now reporting that a police officer saw the gunman before the shots were fired, and the police officer retreated allowing time for the shooter to fire 5 shots toward his target – wounding President Trump and two other attendees, killing another.

One local police officer climbed to the roof and encountered Crooks, who pointed his rifle at the officer. The officer retreated down the ladder, and Crooks quickly took a shot toward Trump, and that’s when Secret Service snipers shot him, said the officials, who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation.
According to the WAPO, Trump just overreacted to “loud noises” “Fell Down” at the podium and merely had someone else’s blood on his face and ear
If I peeked my head over the roof and found a rifle pointed at me, I’d duck too. Silly not to, and if he fell....
Who knows if that’s how it happened ?
It might relate to our snipers hesitancy in firing as Crooks attention and gun was distracted from the podium for a time.
All speculation....
One thing that needs no speculation is that the SS needs a house cleaning just like the rest of deep state.

Saw a rally video this morning where it was clear that security cleared a field of fire for the assassin just seconds before shots were fired.
Couple that with the Secret Service snipers holding fire until after they knew that Trump was down and the administrations deniability gets mighty thin.
That right there smells to high heaven like the obumer admin. The rules of engagement in the stans area were the same. Can’t go on the offensive, must act defensively. That’s how you lead from behind!

Before he set foot on the ladder, he should have already have radio’d the SS. He also should have had his weapon ready and should be fired for pulling a Uvalde.
Now, what about the snipers on the barn roof? They had him sighted in but did nothing until after Trump was shot. Why weren’t there agents on all the roofs? They need Melania there to go over security to make sure her husband comes home alive and well because we can’t trust SS. They used to be the elite of the elite and a duty to be proud of.
That was my question too, on another thread. Someone there said that the ladder was permanently affixed to the wall.
The McDonalds down the road from me has such a ladder. But it has a guard plate like the one below. So no one can use it. Looks like the McDonalds folks have their act together. But no one else does.
I’ve thought it out and ruled that out within moments. You can easily look with your eyes that distance to see enough to know what he was up to. Add their scopes and there would be no question. There should have been security on that roof and those around the venue whether they were outside that silly little chain link fence. The SS are now trying to lay blame on the local LE saying outside the fence was their job. Excuse me, it was SS job to make sure the entire area was secure and that includes making certain the locals were doing their job. The buck, or rather bullet, stops at the SS. They failed and let the bullet in.
Of course, Trump would have argued but I’ve thought for months he should be behind bulletproof glass as often as possible.
It is also conceivable what with so many failures it was intentional. Put them on the rack if need be to get to the truth. Nothing like this should be the worry of any POTUS or their family, much less harming innocent people who happen to be in attendance. There were little girls just a couple seats below Cory.

How many of those guys on the ground under the trees, if ALLOWED, would have been potshotting at the little prick? Civilians have MORE testicular fortitude than a police. Generally speaking, I'm not much of a conspiracy guy, but I've certainly been wondering the same thing. Also, although not clear, it looks like the counter snipers they did have were facing the roof where the shooter was, so how could they not see him? And how come they fired and killed him more or less instantly after he shot Trump? Were they waiting the gunman to shoot first?
Is watching that on Rumble INTERESTING show.

The sniper team was not a regular assigned aspect of TRumps team.
They were ordred to set up at the TRump rally a day before the rally.
The snioer who shot the perp Crooks was not an SS sniper, he was from the Department of State.
THere are some weird twists and turns here.
It either was a discombobulated set up with desparate teams being put together, with little prep time, or it was a planned deep state hit usong Crooks as a recruited, mandatorily expendable asset .
Crooks looks like he was part of a network, he was making explosive devices, or being trained to make explosive devices. That requires multiple actors.I do not think he acted alone.
