my defintion of a Zionist:
Jesus says in His Word (subject to the Great Tribulation and the Millenial Jewish Kingdom where He will *eventually* rule the nation of Israel as King) that the land of Israel, and Jerusalem within it (the actual borders are defined in the OT), is deeded in perpetuity to Himself and his Elect Remnant of Jews—i.e., the People He Covenanted with to live there and their true descendants under the first Covenant. I believe that these remnant Jews must eventually accept Jesus as Messiah and they must be sincere Jewish believers, who are either ethnic/genetic descents of Jacob or adopted/converted Jews under the Law of the OT.
Any other claiming ownership/rule of that biblical land of (fake Jew or Non-Jew) is *therefore* a trespasser against the Will of God and Will be Cursed by God until they leave or accept God’s Rule through His remnant Jews over that land. Any such people Gentile or fake Jew are thus the self-declared enemies of God.
Thus, as a Christian, if ever, however and whenever I cross those borders into God’s Land, Abba Father, I will put myself completely under the authority of Jesus and His Jewish State, embodied by the Land and His people, and I pledge to treat all Jewish citizens (even citizen Arabs) with the *presumption* that they are the Elect People of God. The declared enemies of that People I will therefore consider my enemies too as a Christian. Even so, they still receive the Love that Jesus’ requires of our enemies. Lord help those who make the mistake of violating the Word of God to Bless the King and His Chosen People to see the error of their ways and repent. In Jesus Holy Name, King and God of all the earth, I pray. Amen.

Well, many “Arabs” in that area show Israelite ancestry and are descendents of Jews and Samaritans who became Muslim and became Arabized over the centuries.

Actually the Bible does not say Jesus would be ruling over a physical land. Jesus quite explicitly says His kingdom is not of this world.
And Paul wrote that the nation of Jews has been expanded to gentiles who are grafted in thanks to jesus. There is no more Jew nor Greek but one expanded Israel that is Christendom.
That “we” is a blanket statement and incorrect.
Until around 132 AD Christianity was the Jesus movement sect of Judaism. And what we now call Judaism is the descendents of the creation in 70 AD of rabbinical Judaism out of the ashes of the 2nd temple Judaic sect of the Pharisees that was destroyed with the destruction of the temple.
