Those who know aren’t talking. Those are talking don’t know.

Governor Abbott was offered the job, he told Trump he was happy right where he is at, In Texas.

Why would a successful Governor want to be VP. Abbott is doing a good job of limiting the border damage, in the face of DC trying to destroy US.

Par for the course, if true.

He learned NOTHING. We are DOOMED.

And we talk like he's going to be allowed to win the election...

Disagree.

He’s a good pick because he’s not MAGA. He was clearly able to work with MAGA and deal with the fact that MAGA is a major player in the party. He id seen as a moderate and as such hos attacks on Biden sting and hit very well. He is sharp, quick witted. The toughest Debate Trump had was against Rubio when it was Trump, Ted and Rubio. He was willing to give a pathway to citizenship so his attacks on The border issue hit a demographic that Trump may miss. He’s not a never Trumper but hw can speak to the McCain wing od the party. I think hw would help with GA and Az and I thibk he could evem help carry VA. He’s a goos unity play pick. He wouldn’t be my first choice but the case for him is strong. To me not all VPs are needed foe the same reason. He’s not aantlw carrying VP, he doesn’t necessarily shoot to the top of 2028 if Trump wins. He’s an electorate pick. Vance would be considered by many to be a mantle pick and Burgum a governing pick. Im not as rigid as some here. I support Trump and anyone who helps him succeed is fine by me.

Bill O’Reilly has been making a lot of predictions lately.

I think I’ll wait and see who President Trump names.

"Whomever he picks it has to be non white"

Picking someone non-White (or female) isn't going to win him any brownie points.

Pointless pandering.

Seriously, exactly who thinks, “Whenever I want to know what's going on in Trump's head I check w/Bill O’Reilly?”

For the record, Rubio would be a seriously bad choice and would discourage more potential Trump voters than he would gain. Trump already has the FL and Cuban exile vote; what would Rubio bring to the table?

It's not going to be Rubio, that's my take. It's a head fake to even have him and the other two so called finalists in the conversation for that matter. Trump is playing the democrats and their sycophant media and we won't know his real pick until he announces. Trump's playing with the media and dems like a cat with a mouse. We'll find out soon enough but Trump is not tipping his hand at this point. That's my guess anyway.

I get your drift on this. I just feel Abbott would make an unassailable asset as VP. That way we’d get a REAL border Czar, and then some; and without doubt, a formidable replacement for DJT if he should not be able to complete his term.

Bill O’Reilly is “90% percent sure” Florida Sen. Marco Rubio will be former President Donald Trump’s vice president pick.

That would make Rubio the 2028 GOP front-runner. I can think of worse possibilities, but not much worse.

How does he bring the Latino vote? Just because he is Latino and has a Spanish sounding last name? How stupid and frankly racist to assume that. I don’t know thing one about Rubio’s Latino positions. Does anyone?

This is just one person’s opinion...the headline indicates O’Reilly got the scoop as a fact.

I just don’t see this given the complications of both being in Florida. Throwing away 30 electoral votes is not good for business...
