Fortunately, Speaker John Boehner let the bill expire in the House without taking it up.
I've been wary of Rubio ever since.

Set up a military base in Guyana before Venezuela takes their land. Then fill it full of illegals and have them ‘invade’ Venezuela. Throw in more than a few MS-13 types. Guyana pays us with oil. I’d be awesome.
