Joe cannot ever be made out to be something he never was and definitely fails to project today. HE IS A MUMBLING MEDIOCRITY, he was always a lesser light intellectually, but consumed with avarice and lacking an even rudimentary moral compass.
Joe may know how to do the job, he might know right from wrong, and he may even know how to tell the truth.
