if you listened carefully to the BBC and other propaganda outfits, 1.8m was just the overseas registered visitors; then there were hundreds of thousands who couldn’t get registered (quotas apply to each country); then there were hundreds of thousands of Saudis.

unregistered didn’t get the air-conditioned tents or the bottles of water, etc.

mostly it was unregistered who died. no numbers could be verified. could be 50 dead for all anyone knows.

plenty are elderly making the visit as they near the end of their lives.
