Research Finds Men Who Own Guns Have Greater Sexual Satisfaction

Recent research shows a significant correlation between the possession of guns and a man’s satisfaction with his sexual equipment.

A common fantasy thrown at male gun owners is they are using guns as “compensation” for an undersized penis or sexual disfunction. This speculation has long been a staple of those seeking to discredit the ownership of firearms. This earlier paper gives an overview of the psychosexual insult and its use.

In 2016, an editorial in HuffPost argued that “the compulsion to own firearms stems from an unconscious need to compensate for a deep-seated psychological sense of insecurity and inadequacy in terms of power: in males, specifically for having a small or smaller-than-desired penis” (Blumenfeld, 2016). In 2020, John Cleese, a famous comedian, quipped on Twitter that “the British are proud that they DON’T [emphasis in original] need a gun to make themselves feel manly” and that Americans need “assault weapons” to “keep ED [erectile dysfunction] away” (Smith, 2020).

In a recent paper, researchers decided to test the theory with actual data. The collection of the data was funded by a group that desires to disarm the American population. From newatlas.com:

The researchers disclosed that data collection for the study was financially supported by the organization Change the Ref, whose mission is “Shifting America’s social response to gun violence by uniting creativity, activism, disruption, and education.” The researchers state that although Change the Ref has a clear anti-gun stance, it played no role in the planning or implementation of the study.

The study was published in the American Journal of Men’s Health.

Gun ownership is associated with higher income, higher education, conservatism, and Christianity. All are associated with higher satisfaction with life.

And the women who are married to those gun-owning men? I bet they report higher satisfaction as well.

Also, the type of men who own guns are probably alpha. An alpha male is a take-charge kind of guy. A beta male is channeling his inner submissive female side, which is bound to be less satisfying in all aspects of life.

My observation of males in the corporate world is that unless an alpha male is mentored early into a leadership role, he leaves. That leaves our corporations largely being led by the human equivalent of sheep.

One of the genius aspects of the American system is it allows a great many men to be alpha males if they are willing to take on the responsibility.

They may not be a CEO, but a leader in their Church, or lodge.

They may own their own business, if they choose not to work for another.

They may be a leader in a civic group, a local political group, a hobby group.

There are millions of small groups organized for various purposes where leadership is needed and desired.

Herds, packs, groups, squads, units, etc. are normal for many
of the occupants on earth. Loners mostly are coping by their
selves as best they can without a lot of support from others.

This can probably be plotted nicely on a passiveness/aggressiveness chart.

Men who own guns are more inclined toward action in every way (whether choosing a restaurant, just going for a run, or being amorous with your wife). Men who are passive are, of course, by their very nature disinclined toward all action.

Passive men probably enjoy life itself a lot less than men who are inclined toward action.

Taking chances might get you killed, but if you don't take a chance, you never go anywhere.;-)

People who oppose personal firearms, typically oppose them because they represent the ultimate personal responsibility. They take care to maintain and use properly.

Leftist fear them because they fear personal responsibility.

It’s why leftists want motherland government making their decisions.

I have guns to protect myself and my family.

The size of my penis has nothing to do with it.

Maybe one of the reasons liberals are so full of anger and feel the need to control others is because of their sexual inadequacy.

Maybe THAT’S why Biden is always threatening to use F-16s against us….

Alas, how true. We desperately need more AMs in HR or other execs man enough to say NO to the insane women that gravitate there.
