Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has filed a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood’s Great Plains branch, alleging that they trafficked minors across state lines for abortions without parental consent. Based on a video and other evidence, the lawsuit claims that minors were removed from schools using doctors’ notes, had abortions performed in Kansas, and then returned across state lines.

The only word that comes to me is “evil.”

1) What were Dr’s Notes for? Did they prescribe abortion? Doubtful. If not, why is this not fraud?
2) Removing minor from school without parental consent sounds like it would meet the legal requirements for kidnapping.
3) If kidnapping, taking minor across state lines makes it a federal offense as well.
Yet no arrests. This is a civil suit. Start arresting/charging and we’ll see this type of “I don’t care what mom and dad think, I’m a blue haired teacher and I know what’s best” behavior change real quick.
PP should be prosecuted under the criminal RICO law for this.
I agree. This should be a massive criminal investigation.
