They reported today the Eall Street Journal details a closed door, restricted DOJ meeting last summer to cover up the taped interview with Joe Biden about looking up his classified documents kept in Biden's house. Given to Biden's ghost writer for a book issued after Biden left the White House as VP.

Part of me thinks Joe was telling the ghostwriter what was in some of the classified documents he illegally had in his possession and it’s on the audio recordings.

Biden Admin Tampered With Evidence, Altered Biden’s Hur Interview Transcript

The Biden Justice Department claims that the reason it doesn’t want to release the audio of Joe Biden’s interview with special counsel Robert Hur is because it’s worried about AI deepfakes.
“Disclosure of that record is unwarranted,” the DOJ said in a court filing. “Release of the audio recording would threaten critical law enforcement interests by chilling the potential cooperation of witnesses in current and future sensitive investigations. In addition, disclosure would constitute a significant invasion of privacy. ... These privacy harms are amplified by the threat of malicious manipulation of audio files that has recently become much more acute.”
That sounds suspect, don’t you think? So what is the real reason? Perhaps it’s because the White House tampered with evidence.
According to Judicial Watch, the White House has admitted that it manipulated the public transcript of Biden’s interview with special counsel Robert Hur to make Biden appear more mentally competent.
Judicial Watch announced that the White House admitted in a federal court that the transcript of President Joe Biden’s testimony to Special Counsel Robert Hur is not accurate and is missing “filler words (such as ‘um’ or ‘uh’)” and words that “may have been repeated when spoken (such as ‘I, I’ or ‘and, and’)” which were sometimes “only listed a single time in the transcripts.”
Here’s what the DOJ filing says: 14. The interview transcripts are accurate transcriptions of the words of the interview contained in the audio recording, except for minor instances such as the use of filler words (such as “um” or “uh”) when speaking that are not always reflected on the transcripts, or when words may have been repeated when spoken (such as “I, I” or “and, and”) but sometimes was only listed a single time in the transcripts.
Besides these exceedingly minor differences, based on my simultaneous review of the transcripts while listening to the audio recording, the transcripts accurately capture the words spoken during the interview on the audio recording with no material differences between the audio recording and transcripts. None of the minor differences include any audible substantive exchanges – that is, based on my review, there is no material omission of words be tween the audio recording and transcripts.
Special Counsel Hur and FBI personnel who attended the interview and compared the audio recording to the transcripts also informed me of their determination that the transcripts accurately reflect the words spoken on the audio recording aside from the minor instances I described above. Special Counsel Hur emphasized to me that it was important for purposes of his investigation that the interview transcripts be accurate.
The DOJ can claim the differences between the audio and the transcript are “exceedingly minor differences,” but seriously, who do they think they’re fooling?

“Wow. Judicial Watch’s FOIA lawsuit forced the Biden team to admit what everyone suspected – that the transcript is not accurate and was changed in a way to help Biden,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement. “There is nothing ordinary about this, and the transcript inaccuracy issues seem to help Biden’s political campaign needs. We today initiated a new FOIA request on this Biden’s Nixonian tape scandal.”
Now it all makes sense. If you read the Hur transcripts, you likely thought they were damning enough, but how much worse is the audio? It’s no mistake that the Biden administration is so aggressively fighting the release of the audio.

According to the radical left, a payment to silence someone from making potentially damaging statements to influence the outcome of a presidential election is a serious crime. A felony at that. That’s the entirely hocus-pocus legal theory behind Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against Donald Trump that resulted in a conviction. In that case, Barack Obama ought to be charged with a similar crime.
That’s right, Obama also offered hush money to someone specifically to influence the 2008 election. The media never talked about it, and you can bet they’d have some amusing and laughable explanation for why what Obama did was “different.” But the fact is that Obama has been accused of offering money to his former pastor, Jeremiah Wright, to buy his silence during the 2008 presidential election.
As you may recall, Wright’s inflammatory, anti-American rhetoric was a huge problem for Obama during his first presidential campaign, and he tried to shut Wright up to save his campaign — which the prominent leftist legal scholars of the day call corruptly influencing an election.
Edward Klein broke the story in the New York Post on May 13, 2012, revealing that Obama’s camp made a hush offer to Wright during the 2008 campaign. The deal involved a hefty sum of $150,000 and was made through an intermediary who was a close friend of Obama’s — and Obama himself even stepped in, urging Wright to keep quiet for the sake of his presidential campaign.
“Man, the media ate me alive,” Wright told Klein. “After the media went ballistic on me, I received an e-mail offering me money not to preach at all until the November presidential election.”

President Joe Biden attacked Donald Trump as a “convicted felon” in a vituperative campaign speech Monday night, declaring his “clearly unhinged” Republican rival somehow “snapped” in the wake of losing the 2020 election.
Biden claimed his moral high ground while addressing a campaign event at the private residence of a wealthy Democratic donor couple in Greenwich, Connecticut, embracing a carping assessment of his 2024 presidential rival, the Independent reports.
Eventually declaring, “This guy does not deserve to be president whether or not I’m running,” the octogenarian told his audience the nation’s justice is under threat:
Folks, the campaign entered uncharted territory last week. For the first time in American history, a former president that is a convicted felon is now seeking the office of the presidency.
But as disturbing as that is, more damaging is the all-out assault Donald Trump is making on the American system of justice.
Biden warned of Trump’s “all-out assault” on the justice system in revenge for his criminal conviction, saying it is “reckless and dangerous” for Trump and his conservative allies to say the verdict was rigged “just because they don’t like the outcome.”
The president then continued by outlining just what he says is at stake in this year’s race for the White House.
“The threat that Trump poses would be greater in a second term than it was in his first term,” he said.
“This isn’t the same Trump who got elected in 2016. He’s worse. Something snapped in this guy for real when he lost in 2020. He can’t accept he lost and it is literally driving him crazy.”
