Huh? Emergency appeals happen frequently when a convicted criminal is about to be executed.

Here’s how the Dems did it. They hid a federal law until the defense had rested and then stated that Trump had broken that law (never mentioned during the trial) and that was the underlying law that makes all the other charges criminal. They said Trump used all those other actions to hide the federal law he broke.

The court is a State court leaning on a federal law to get a conviction. Will it stand? I have no clue.
