Finding President Trump guilty of a crime is seemingly a foregone conclusion. Even the White House is saying Joe Biden will deliver remarks to the nation from the official executive office as soon as the guilty verdict is delivered {SEE HERE}.
Judge Merchan has yet to release the public version of jury instructions, however he previously decided last week that the jurors do not need to agree on a predicate crime in order to find President Trump guilty of trying to hide one.

The Judge Merchan court case vs. Donald Trump, is a political campaign ad, the funds for which, are not required to be reported in campaign finance laws.
The pre-planned outcome of the case, has objectives:
- an appeal by the State of New York, to the New York State Court of Appeals, requesting clarification of the way by which, a misdemeanor shall be elevated to a felony; and
- the jury finding: Donald Trump is guilty of criminal intent, in keeping with leftist dogma, that the left has authority to:
a) hand out Get Out of Jail Cards to leftists (defined to be void of criminal intent), but
b) assert that criminal intent (and “racism!”) are systemic among conservatives and Republicans.

Judge Merchan must have receive his law degree off a match book cover his court room is like a scene from one flew over the cuckoos nest.
The only hope the Trump defense has, in my opinion, is for one or more jurors not to accept any of Cohen’s testimony because the juror knows that he’s a serial liar and has seen him lie again and again in the courtroom. If that juror can just hold onto that thought and realize nothing has been proved without Cohen’s mendacious testimony only then can Trump get a hung jury.
