Judge Merchan: The jurors do not need to believe a crime was committed in order to convict Trump of unlawfully hiding a crime he never committed.

Finding President Trump guilty of a crime is seemingly a foregone conclusion. Even the White House is saying Joe Biden will deliver remarks to the nation from the official executive office as soon as the guilty verdict is delivered {SEE HERE}.

Judge Merchan has yet to release the public version of jury instructions, however he previously decided last week that the jurors do not need to agree on a predicate crime in order to find President Trump guilty of trying to hide one.

The judge has given the jury permission to invent a crime. But the thing is, even if a juror wants to claim that Trump going on Truth and saying x,y,z is a felony, or Trump going to a UFC fight is a felony, they still would need to explain how the accounting entry in question, helped to further that crime. So even an honest juror could follow Merchan’s instructions and still acquit. Or Merchan can cut with the legalese and just come out and instruct them that they must convict because “orange man bad”.

This will always be the problem with Multi-Culturalism. Once you reduce a nation to nothing more than an Economic Zone you will find people will stop caring about maintaining the society. The judge will collect his check and and who cares about the future.

Horse manure. It's the job of the prosecution to prove that a crime has been committed, what specific crime that is, and the evidence they have that proves the person committed that crime. This is the bull$hit run by the RATS: “The nature of the evidence is irrelevant; it’s the seriousness of the charge that matters.”*

“Judge Merchan has yet to release the public version of jury instructions, however he previously decided last week that the jurors do not need to agree on a predicate crime in order to find President Trump guilty of trying to hide one.’

Not exactly.

His ruling was that the jury did not have to be unanimous in their findings on WHICH of the various predicate crimes he committed.

To charge someone with a secret unnamed predicate crime is itself a crime.

Sounds like a double secret probation crime.

The Bogato, Colombia born judge

Masters of corruption.

Colombia is notorious for corruption. Period. I have a good friend who was born and raised there and he filled me in.

I expect no less. He should NOT have been the *judge* presiding over this case.

At the very least, an American born judge, familiar with the Constitution and rule of law in this country should have overseen it.

There are far too many foreign-born members of the Judiciary in this country...alien to our culture, alien to our Constitution. Just ask Peter Navarro and the J6 prisoners.

Yes, it’s like the whole country is paralyzed in fear of these arrogant Marxists. I don’t get it. They’re destroying our Republic day by day and nobody except President Trump seems to want to do anything about it.
At this point I beg God to intervene in some way to save us from utter destruction.

Dear Jury. After we made you sit and listen to a woman who made 200+ porno movies tell you about the orange man’s underwear I now order you to find him guilty of a crime that we have not determined.

So it was clever of Bragg to refuse to reveal the underlying crime which justified charging Trump with felonies.

Do the defense attorneys know the jury instructions or do they have to wait until Tuesday to find out? Do they learn them after they make their closing arguments?

All they have to do is believe that at some point in his life Trump may have spit on a sidewalk like a dictator.

Or put ketchup on his steak!

Judge Merchan: The jurors do not need to believe a crime was committed in order to convict Trump of unlawfully hiding a crime he never committed.

When I read this title, I was was expecting to see the Bee as the author. "....convict Trump of unlawfully hiding a crime he never committed." This is crazy talk and insane so-called legal language! The judge should just cut to the chase, excuse the jury, judge Trump guilty, and sentence him to be hung.

This is also the problem with 6 person juries, especially in such high level, mission critical cases.

It is just too easy to get a corruptly stacked deck of jurors when there are only six of them.

12 person juries need to be a standard, especially for cases like this.
