Maggie's Farm
Bob Dylan standing loud and proud in front of Pete Seger and the rest of the folksie communist at the 1965 Newport Folk Festival and telling them in song, how utterly pathetic and meaningless they all were will forever be my favorite Dylan song/moment.

First time I heard “Sultans of Swing” on the radio I thought it was Dylan.

I never caught on to any of his songs, I much preferred Joni Mitchell from that era.

Joni doesn’t care for Dylan, basically called him a “plagiarist”.

I suspect handle stealing vandal’s name is Ol’ Charlie and that he is also the reason the train won’t slow down, but I may be confused about that.

He took old folk melodies and put modern lyrics to them... a lot of people did, including Pete Seegar. . She also mistook his Minnesota accent for a fake Okie one.
I love Joni’s work btw..
