Victory? What did it cost him? He should counter sue for costs, pain and suffering and loss of business.

I spent a lot of time in Bellmawr. I had relatives there. In the early 1970s there was a old radio Shack store built like a A-frame shack. Used to swim at Bellmawr Lake. I would help my aunt grocery shop at Pantry Pride.

Seems like the governor ought to be held personally responsible for his illegal actions.

Indeed. Government overreach should cost the abusers of power. It should cost them out of their own pockets, regardless of whether the abuser is President of the United States or some small-town cop.

I’m happy for him - I just wonder what his legal fees are.

Yup, you’ll get no arguments from me about that. Ditto with business execs that make foolish decisions to feed their own egos. Very hard to prove but they deserve a personal consequence as well.

That’s the guy. The tyrannical governor went so far as to force the utility providers to stop service in an attempt to shut him down.

I was living in PA at the time, where our teetotalling tyrant governor was making sure the state liquor stores stayed closed, preventing bars from serving beer without purchase of an entrees, and attempting to use the state police to prevent residents from making Delaware liquor runs.
