That’s funny. My father suspected Charles was the antichrist. I think he got that idea from some offshoot of Armstrongism (British-Israelites). If he were alive he’d probably think this portrait confirms it.

It’s kind of hard not to agree with him. The picture is aesthetically ‘hellish’ even if that weren’t the intention.
