It needs to be pointed out that the WHO delayed the world-wide response to the burgeoning covid virus which created the pandemic.
Secondly, WHO lied about the origins of the pandemic so as to NOT alienate the Chinese government from responsibility.
Thirdly, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus is in his position only because the Chinese govt. insisted on him being placed in this position,
while the Chinese were actively engaged in gain-of-function research at Wuhan.
Why did the Chinese select him above all others ? It is because he hid an epidemic in his own country so as not to affect tourism and the tourism dollars.(rationalization)
And Lastly, the United nations, and specifically, its sub-committee of the WHO are no friend of the United States,
and has funded and motivated the invasion at our southern border, and believe that they are "above the law' of national sovereignty

This Pandemic Treaty is 'the camel's nose under the tent' which will affect our own national sovereignty and our national borders.
The United Nations and the WHO organization, which depends heavily on U.S. Dollars for funding, is NOT our friend !
