My daughter had a huge dog- it would viciously attack my chickens. They had him ‘fixed’ and he is gentle as can be now.
I recommend this procedure for pedophiles (at least as an option)

The bill allows the punishment to be applied to less violent sex crimes like child pornography and video voyeurism. Same as with death penalty: Make absolutely certain, beyond the slightest shadow of a doubt we have the right perp before doing anything irreversible.
You can let a falsely convicted man out of prison, and compensate him financially for the trouble ... can't do that if you chop his balls off.
