Not directed at you, my FRiend…
As a general rule, any headline containing the word/phrase “breaks the internet,” “destroys,” decimates,” “takes down,” “schools,” etc., is accompanied by a “whatever” story.
I see these kinds of headlines and they remind me of Trey Gowdy. All talk, no action.
We should celebrate wins. But making them ginormous is absurd.
BOMBSHELL!...................
Yes true, come to think of it those headlines kind of dilute what is being said
“I see these kinds of headlines and they remind me of Trey Gowdy. All talk, no action.”
Say all you want about Gowdy, he’s the only person I’ve ever seen with the perfect shaped head for a Marine Corps high and tight fade and a short flat top... that actually looks like it belongs there.
However... there is Travolta and his crewcut wig that looks very proportional on his pumpkin head.
I agree and I see such stories and sometimes ask “Was this person DESTROYED with THIS ONE WEIRD TRICK?”
Also, it irritates me when people use the word ‘decimated’ in place of ‘annihilated’.
These are two different things regardless of how common ignorance and illiteracy may be.
