George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley appeared on FOX News on Monday and explained why Trump is not likely to get a fair trial in New York.
The trial has entered the jury selection phase and this is key, according to Turley. He suggests that even if the court tries to find jurors who don’t dislike Trump, that Trump haters will lie just to get on the jury.
The people who are going after Trump know this. In fact, they’re probably counting on it.

This ticks me off to no end, absolutely infuriating. They are fixing the election right in front of our eyes and the Republican party does absolutely nothing.
Let’s visualize how this very well could turn out: They convict Trump, lock him up and Biden easily “wins” a 2nd term and proceeds to further destroy the country - speaking of which I heard they are now working on regulating the hell out of the meat industry in the name of “climate change”. Get ready to eat like a rabbit. Are we going to just all sit back like sheep and take this?

Red Eagle Politics on X and others have said there is a good possibility that convicting Trump will backfire and put him in the White House and that this is one of the major reasons black men are starting to show some support for Trump. Idk but it is true that with each case that was filed Trumps support went up with GOP voters but idk independents .
Turley is a Democrat who proports to believe in the rule of law.
Sadly, Democrats NEVER vote for the rule of law.
I would not be surprised if all the people were picked in advance. The Left is ruthless and evil. Cheating is normal behavior for them.

Any jurors in New York City who say they are not hatefully biased against Trump are just liars.
If the jury pool sessions look like a movie production casting call for extras in a remake of Carwash or Barbershop then they aren’t going to be a jury of Trump’s peers.
Yes I’ve seen that for sure. On the app Tik Tok there are endless videos of black people showing support for Trump and gee what a coincidence, democrats now want to ban Tik Tok. If he is convicted and locked up, wouldn’t that disqualify him from being POTUS?
I think if Trump somehow does get arrested, he should actually pull a play out of the race card handbook and make a statement like
“now i know what it;s like to be black, to constantly be falsely accused of charges etc.....”
he might as well.....
because once they take Trump out, then we are all next on the chopping block
He won’t get a fair trial in N.Y. The fix is already in, rabid democrats will bend every law in their attempts to convict Pres. Trump and get him off the ballot. The jury will be rigged for sure. It will end up in the Supreme Court, where I’m sure the case will be tossed. The N.Y. City kangaroo court will be in conniptions and hopefully suffer from PTSD. The good side to this is, it is only giving Trump more support.

The only people who smiled, were the prostitutes on the sidewalk opposite the World Trade Center Twin Towers.
That’s not entirely true...when it comes to the entire city. Staten Island has a fair number of Republican voters. But this trial will feature jurors from Manhattan...which is “New York County”. Finding a Republican living there would be very,very difficult indeed.
We need an army
Trump has an army both within the swamp and more so in the vast withouts, all he needs to do is call on it.
This (as foamy mouth speak has accused so far) is Not an insurrection but a revolution.
A fake govenment can not beget an insurrection.
Seems clear this judge will sentence Trump to jail. We can’t allow this. Any means necessary.
