The Iranian regime has been at war with Israel, the United States, and the West roughly since the Ayatollah overthrew the Shah of Iran. It is not a war that Israel has chosen. It is a war that has been thrust upon it by a regime of genocidal maniacs.
Thirty years after the fact the Court of Cassation in Buenos Aires issued a ruling blaming Iran for bombing the Asociación Mutual Israelita Argentina—a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires—on July 18, 1994, using its terrorist proxy Hezbollah. The attack left 85 dead and more than 300 wounded. The court called it a crime against humanity.
That’s how Iran likes to roll — indirectly, through proxies and cut-outs that diffuse responsibility. They’ve got Hamas. They’ve got Hezbollah. They’ve got the Houthis. Hamas of course perpetrated the October 7 massacre. Hezbollah and the Houthis have supported Hamas in the subsequent hostilities.
Last night was something different. Why is this attack different from all other attacks? The IRGC conducted a massive drone and missile (cruise and ballistic) attack on Israel from Iranian territory — this after President Biden had issued his warning not to do it. “Don’t,” he said.
According to IDF spokesman Peter Lerner, the IRGC lobbed 180 explosive drones, 120 ballistic missiles, and 30 cruise missiles at Israel last night.

And also I would guess the Biden administration is the most Inept administration in US history. It’s all about checking off those special boxes, nothing about intelligence, ability, merit, and least of all sanity...
Obama had a chance to support the people, who are highly educated and were once Westernized, in their attempts to overthrow the rule of the Ayatollahs.
OTOH, why haven’t we made a military strike and taken the religious leaders out, then support the sane “Ee Ronians”? This is how the people of Iran pronounce their country.
I can tell you why, they won’t tolerale American styled regime change, where we need to build a military base there and control the entire country by rule of arms.
It took me a while but I finally figured it all out. The US is no different than the Roman legions of Christs day. We rule with an iron fist, and pretend it is in the name of peace. It is for a piece, a PIECE of the action.

This should read:
since Jimmy Carter caused the overthrow of the Shah of Iran and helped the Ayatollah to power.
Bull. The Mullahas ate the total bad guys.
And Jimmy Carter supported the overthrow since the Shah wouldn’t give Carter’s cronies special deals.
And all this time, Carter has continued to project this image of a God-fearing Christian with a hammer in his hand, building habitat for humanity.

Are you forgetting we are "The Great Satan" and it was our diplomatic mission they terrorized? Then Obama gave Iran Billions that we had already appropriated for compensation against Iran's evil deeds. We don't run the world but we could fight back against our enemies.
