So you mean that Gatez can’t shew gum and walk at the same time?

He could also have said : “We’re not helping our Israeli allies, as long as ANTIFA has not been dismantled in America!”. What a disingenuous bad excuse.
It could take years to dismantle such such an organization... and in the meantime we abandon our ally Israel...

Gaetz acts against America’s interests in a very dangerous way.
If Israel falls, the catastrophic repercussions against America is unimaginable.
It would be the greatest win for anti-American Islamism since WW2, a defining defeat for America’s security.

Sadly, Republicans have tied ourselves up in knots trying to negotiate with Democrats who refuse under all circumstances to make a "grand deal".
Democrats know their own existential priorities, and those are first and foremost, to keep our borders wide open to illegal immigrants -- the more the better they love it.

So, nothing can distract Democrats from their first priority -- not Ukraine, not Israel, not anything else Republicans might attempt to use as leverage against Democrats.
The only thing which can stop Democrats' insane policies is to vote them from power in November.

In the meantime, Republicans have tied ourselves up into the crazy position of appearing pro-Putin, anti-Ukraine, anti-Israel and who knows, maybe even anti-Taiwan -- seemingly just so we can gain leverage over Democrats regarding the US border.

It's a 100% wasted effort, will not succeed in anything except getting Republicans correctly blamed for hurting America's friends and allies in the world.

We simply cannot negotiate Democrats out of their own existential best interests.
We can only defeat them at the ballot boxes in November.
In the meantime, we should not knowingly abandon America's friends and allies in the world, because if we do, the negative consequences will be beyond our imaginations today.
