Forget selling the Brooklyn Bridge to some gullible Democrat. How about a bridge in Baltimore? Here’s an idea: offer to name it the Donald Trump Bridge if Trump can get it rebuilt in six months? (With the proviso he doesn’t have to put up with any Baltimore/Buttigieg Bureaucratic nonsense.) Who doubts that he could do it? I suspect the building trades, steelworkers, etc., would work overtime at regular wages to make it happen. Because you know why they would.

The EPA will require environmental studies that will take years. If they plan to name the bridge the DJT Bridge then expect the EPA studies to take centuries.

Francis Scott Key was a slaveowner so they can't name the new bridge after him.
Another possibility would be Alexander Cochrane, the British commander attacking Fort McHenry in 1814. He had earlier offered freedom to American slaves who joined the British forces.
They’ll name the replacement after Winnie Mandela.
