Os the requisite legal code in place to determine what constitutes a valid vote? It seems patently obvious that strictures apply. One person, one vote. Done.

One person, one vote. Done. Every electronic ballot involves a digital image, and is anonymous. Every one of them should be published on the internet on election night at the same moment they're counted. It's probably something Dominion and the others could make happen with a few lines of simple code if they were honest. Of course it would make the Rat's cheating almost impossible, so it will never happen.
