Serious problems in the Volgograd region after the attack on the airfield
Last night, enemy drones attacked the Marinovka airfield in the Kalachevsky district of the Volgograd region. The authorities, as expected, said that the attack was repelled, but the video from the scene convinces us otherwise. According to our information, the drones attacked ammunition depots. One of them hit a fuel storage facility. The losses in equipment are being clarified. It is preliminary known that not all aircraft were able to get into the air. Sources say that at least two Su-34s were seriously damaged.
In fact, another attack on the airfield pushes us to one important discussion. How long will the authorities openly lie to the population about the consequences of enemy attacks? You can leave something out, but why tell an outright lie that the attack was repelled if everyone can see the consequences? If things continue like this, the Northern Fleet will suffer the fate of the Black Sea Fleet, which in total lost more than 20 ships in two years of special operations, including landing ships, submarines and the flagship cruiser Moskva. The fate of the Olenya base is also unenviable, because, having zeroed in, Ukraine is inflicting increasingly painful blows on military facilities.

That base hosted fighter-bombers, of the kind that deliver the glide bombs that have been such a problem for Ukraine. Other such bases have had their ammo storage areas attacked recently.
I saw some video showing heavy dark black smoke rising after the sun had risen, which I would guess was a diesel fire.
