This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

“The Ukrainian military destroyed a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber aircraft and an ammunition depot at the Morozovsk airfield in Russia’s Rostov Oblast on Aug. 3, Ukraine’s military intelligence (HUR) said on Aug. 5, citing satellite imagery.
Prior to this, the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces confirmed the attack on the Russian airfield, saying that an ammunition depot storing glide bombs was hit.
Two other Su-34 Russian aircraft were probably damaged by debris, according to the military intelligence agency.
The strike completely destroyed a Russian aviation weapons depot, HUR said. Published satellite photos show craters caused by explosions on the territory of the airfield, located 265 kilometers (165 miles) from the front line.
Four technical buildings and two hangars were also damaged, according to HUR.

They will never go to zero, with new production, but the total number they can keep in the field will decline, their capabilities will decline further, and the transition to Unarmored Personnel Carriers is already well underway.

I wonder what that might indicate?
It is possible that they are consciously budgeting their remaining assets, but if that were the case, it would make more sense to continue restoring tanks at full speed, and only budget their shipment to front (so that more would be ready for unexpected contingency).
It is possible that they are starting to convert their capacity over from restoring old tanks to manufacturing new ones. That is going to take time and money, and they would not wait until storage zeroes out to start the cutover. New production rates will not be close to the production rates they enjoyed with restoring tanks from storage, but they should be able to ramp up their production of new tanks, as they reduce restoring those from storage (barring some interdiction of their supply chain, or loss of critical facilities).
The reduced draw rate from storage might also be an indicator that the quality of the remaining bottom of the barrel tanks in storage is just that much lower, and they need that much more work to get running and gunning again.

Another possibility might be that they are losing fewer on the battlefield (reduced demand on supply), due to lower use or substitution.
Likely there is a combination of factors, as they adapt to to the lowering numbers and quality.
