This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

The Su-24s are flying at low altitude, approximately 1000 feet AGL.
Most likely, the Su-24s never climbed above 1000 feet AGL during the entire flight.
This would keep ruzzian air defense from detecting the launch and activating air defense assets.
I wonder if Putin’s favorite contract killer will meet the same fate as Putin’s favorite former chef/caterer? How many contract murders might Putin wish to permanently silence as he approaches “peace” negotiations? Might Putin fear blackmail from this guy?
Russia’s MiG-35 Fighter: Really Just a MiG-29 on Steroids?
https://freerepublic.com/focus/news/4256163/posts?page=1
Thoughts?
Mikoyan hasn’t introduced a successful fighter since the MiG-29 in 1977, and the MiG-35 is just a continuation of this old airframe. They “plan” to introduce a MiG-41 stealth interceptor to replace the MiG-31, but with 1st flight “planned” for 2025 and not even a mock-up completed yet, that seems unlikely. They also claim it will be 6th Generation, but I will be surprised to see Russia complete a true 5th Gen fighter before the west deploys a 6th Gen fighter.
All of Russia’s fighters, save for the SU-57, are based on cold war era designs. Even their newest and best fighter, the SU-35, is an updated cold war SU-27. Of course, the SU-27 and MiG-29 are pretty solid/capable airframes. If we followed the same naming standard, the F-15E would be an F-27 by now.
Now that Russia really has only one aircraft manufacturer, United Aircraft Corporation, there isn’t any domestic competition.
Can it be that the kind of more highly trained/educated soldiers/workers that are being disemployed as aircraft or submarine technicians might object more vigorously than common meat troops if not AT LEAST given 3 weeks of training. THey more than most understand the importance of REAL training for accomplishing REAL goals.
To date, Russia has not demonstrated the ability to launch missiles out of a weapons bay.
External carriage destroys stealth.
IMHO, the highly trained workers would avoid conscription and find a way to leave the country.
In the Russian military, protests on the unit or individual level are treated harshly, cf Y. Prigozhin
You are told what to do & when to do it, and then dismissed. Else you fate will not be so nice, starting with barracks level rape and severe beatings.
“Ukrainian F-16 pilots will shoot where they look – they received JHMCS helmet-mounted sights. These advanced sights replace the heads-up display, allowing targeting based on gaze direction regardless of helmet orientation.”

“An Israeli official tells NBC News that the country expects waves of missiles and drones fired at the country “over an extended period” from Iran and Hezbollah.”
Olympics Medal Count
USA - 69
RuZZia - 0
Ukraine has F16s, Abrams, Patriots, HIMARs, Storm Shadows.
I would say RuZZia’s attempt to ‘demilitarize’ Ukraine has failed. Hahaha. Hohoho.
You can say the same about every Russian fighter. Even their “newest” fighter, the SU-35 is just an updated Soviet era SU-27. The new designation is just for prestige and marketing. Not that we’re giving UKR state of the art Block 70 Vipers. These F-16s are 30 year old 1990’s tech. About 10 years behind Russia’s current tech.
We, the collective west, will continue to give Ukraine old systems we are retiring, with only a handful of modern systems sprinkled in. Meanwhile those old scraps are being replaced with modern systems.
Here's a picture from the ceremony.
In the picture above, the netting covers the pylons or where the pylons should be.
My guess is these are decoys.
So what does that say about all the "For as long as it takes" NATO pep talks?
