This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

“It is hard to keep track.” (of Russian aircraft losses)
It is hard to keep track. However, it does seem that there is a real trend toward increasing aircraft losses.
At some point in the next few weeks, some sharp analyst will likely post figures, and highlight some trends and implications. What jumps out at me, is the impact of drones.
We know from the funding, and the commitment of the Drone Capability Coalition, that a big surge in drone supply for Ukraine is in the pipeline. The recent Russian aircraft losses (as well as refinery, electrical grid and front line losses) may be the tip of the iceberg, of that emerging drone force.
You lost me at “Putin Pledges”.
“Hasn’t it been “over” for a while now?”
Yes, since the first three days.
That obviously younger picture of Zelensky looks to be back from those heady early days of Russian hubris, when a good number of people still believed their trash talk.
The last shred of credibility is long since over, with the bulk of the old Soviet Arsenal already reduced to scrap metal, the old Black Sea Fleet destroyed or driven from the Black Sea, and Russia more isolated Diplomatically and economically than North Korea.
Thank you
Russia can no longer afford to either win or lose the war in Ukraine.
Losing faces half a Trillion dollars in reparations, winning faces the collapse of the wartime economy, as well as the rebuild costs for what they destroyed in the occupied areas.
The bills have grown, while Russian financial reserves have declined. The cost of the damage already incurred, is much higher than the amount of money left.
Putin did that.
RuZZia seizes Vovche?
You are too funny Jon Boy!
The United States on Monday announced a new military aid package for Ukraine valued at around $1.7 billion that features air defense munitions and artillery rounds that Kyiv’s forces say they desperately need.
The package includes $200 million in equipment that will be drawn from existing US military stocks, and about $1.5 billion that will be ordered from the defense industry, the US Defense Department said in a statement.
Maybe this happened near Vovche? Hahaha. Hohoho.

Slovakia and Hungary are feeling the heat.
“Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has threatened the Ukrainian ambassador with consequences over the blocking of Russian oil transit. Fico discussed the issue of Lukoil’s transit with Ukrainian ambassador Myroslav Kastran, stating that if the transit of Russian oil through Ukraine is not resumed soon, Slovnaft will halt diesel fuel supplies to Ukraine, which currently cover one-tenth of Ukraine’s consumption.”

Approaching 90% of the troops that Russia had at the start of this invasion (Feb 2022), now being out of the fight (killed or wounded).
Russian regular troops are not rotated out of Ukraine, once they are sent in. The only way out, is dead, wounded or captured. Most of those that started the invasion, have now taken those ways out.
Combat effectiveness predictably, has declined along with their experienced (trained) soldiers. Now, even with 10 to 1 superiority in numbers, their assaults routinely fail, day after day. 400 Ukrainians fought off an entire Russian Airborne Division for months in Krynky.
The leaders that grew up under Putin were promoted on the basis of being in on the graft. The remaining survivors seem unable to conduct any large scale Operations - just Platoon after Platoon thrown at the lines in broad daylight, and slowly demolishing nearly all of the standing structures.

“Approaching 90%”
200k at start of invasion.
500k+ in casualties.
90% was passed along time ago.
It will likely be 600,000 by the end of August at the current rate.
Good article. Recommend it.
If Trump would endorse this ‘peace plan’, I’d vote for him.
