Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine (2 year anniversary)

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

Of course RuZZia is behind it.

France needs to retaliate by sending additional military aid to Ukraine.

“Russia could be responsible for sabotage on French rail network - The Telegraph

Acting French transport minister Patrice Vergriete said authorities are “preparing themselves” for other potential attacks after fires broke out at three points along France’s rail network in what he called an “outrageous criminal act” ahead of this evening’s opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics.

Some senior figures, like Jean de Gliniasty, former French ambassador to Moscow, said Russia could well be behind the sabotage.

“We are obviously in a situation of conflict with Russia, and Russia is obviously not going to do anything, and that’s an understatement, to help these Olympic Games be a success,” de Gliniasty said.

Jérôme Poirot, terror expert for RMC-BFMTV added: “We know that Russia and other countries want to interfere with the Olympic Games. There may be a plan in place to prevent the opening ceremony.””

Macron, What is your response?

“Why Russia is prime suspect in Olympics sabotage”

“Suspicions swirl that Vladimir Putin has been yearning for a chance to humiliate Emmanuel Macron”

“Russia will be the lead suspect in Friday morning’s attacks on the French rail network, as suspicions swirl that Vladimir Putin has been yearning for a chance to humiliate Emmanuel Macron.

French authorities had laid on a massive, hi-tech security regime to defend the Olympics, with Reaper drones in the skies and AI-powered cameras on the ground to keep an eye out for any suspicious activity.

But Friday’s disruption suggests they paid far less attention to key rail routes, which were sabotaged by old-fashioned arson rather than cyber attacks, according to the latest reports.

There have been five incidents of damage to the SNCF rail network, all of them targeting electronic or signalling boxes.

The result was around 50 per cent of the trains in the north and east of France were not running as of Friday morning, while the high-speed TVG network was also paralysed.”

As ‘cranked’ used to say, you are posting to yourself.

Hahaha. Hohoho.

You claim to be an American, but seem to have a peculiar interest in RuZZia’s well being.

Hahaha. Hohoho.

Maybe you should concentrate on the southern Border?

Hahaha. Hohoho.

Rumors Ukrainian F-16 hit a Russian Su-34 with an air launched defense missile yesterday behind enemy lines at 30,000 feet. Su-34 was able to return to base unfortunately.

Anti-aircraft missile hits Su-34, but the crew manages to land
By Boyko Nikolov On Jul 22, 2024

The crew of a Russian Su-34 bomber pulled off an extraordinary feat when they opted not to eject after the plane was struck by an anti-aircraft missile from Ukrainian forces. Instead, they managed to land the damaged aircraft at the nearest airport, as reported by military correspondent Kiril Fedorov. It’s important to note that the Fedorov claim hasn’t been officially confirmed by Russian authorities.

While Fedorov kept the pilots’ identities under wraps, he shared key details of the incident. The missile connected with the Su-34 at an altitude exceeding 9 km, striking the rear hemisphere. The impact caused several onboard systems to fail. Despite the severity of the situation, the pilots decided to forego ejection and aimed to land the aircraft safely. Remarkably, they accomplished this, and the damaged plane is now slated for repair. According to Fedorov, the brave airmen were later honored with the Order of Courage.

The Su-34, a two-seater frontline jet bomber, was heavily engaged in the airstrike, operating as a carrier of planting bombs. To deploy these bombs, the planes ascend to heights above 9 km, where the thin atmosphere and frigid temperatures - below minus 50 degrees Celsius - pose additional challenges.

If this episode is verified, it can be said that the Russian Su-34 crew had an incredible stroke of luck. According to BulgarianMilitary.com, among the Russian aircraft such as the Su-27, Su-30, Su-34, and Su-35, the Su-34 is notably more susceptible to anti-aircraft missile attacks. The reasons are more complex than cinematic portrayals often suggest.

Kremlin snuff box, 07/25/24

Deputy Shoigu went to Butyrka. What is known about the detention of Dmitry Bulgakov?

The top news of the day was the detention of former Deputy Minister of Defense, Hero of Russia Dmitry Bulgakov . From 2008 to 2022, Bulgakov was responsible for the logistics of the army. Sources close to Sergei Shoigu consider the detention to be a continuation of the general’s purges, which began with the arrival of Andrei Belousov in the Ministry of Defense.

The FSB made it clear that in the course of early agreements with the president, only Shoigu has immunity; most other former and current representatives of the Ministry of Defense may also fall under the distribution. The intelligence service hints that Belousov has established close contact with the top of the FSB and is providing them with the necessary information.

“Bulgakov is one of the culprits that the SVO dragged on for so long. He screwed up everything he could in the rear. He was removed from his post in September 2022, because the condition of the equipment at the storage facilities did not correspond greatly to the documents,” explained a source in the General Staff who personally knows Bulgakov.

Interlocutors in the generals do not hide the fact that the frequent detentions of high-ranking representatives of the Ministry of Defense do not contribute to the creation of a working atmosphere in the army.

Moreover, some consider such detentions to be window dressing on Belousov’s part in order to gain the loyalty of others.

It’s interesting to see how deputies are giving back to the story of banning gadgets on the front line

Recently, the State Duma allowed unit commanders to send military personnel to the guardhouse for using gadgets at the front without a court decision. The decision was made at lightning speed at the suggestion of the Minister of Defense.

After the military, the media, and active paramilitary bloggers harshly criticized this decision, the deputies sharply began to publicly and behind the scenes declare that they were against it. If not all, then very many are justified.

And why? Because many deputies last visited the Northern Military District zone back in 2022-2023. Some help the front only in words, or very little.

Rumor has it that some media outlets decided to raise information about real assistance, and they contain extremely sensitive and even shocking data about the work of our parliamentarians.

Dear friends and deputies, if I were you, we should already load the cars with the help of the military and go to the front. Whoever gets there first may be forgiven for his treacherous decision [ https://t.me/kremlin_secrets/4419 ].

And whoever goes against the Ministry of Defense and submits a new bill, and proposes to cancel an absolutely out-of-date decision, has every chance of even gaining some popularity in military circles.

But, probably, the matter will not move beyond chatter. Alas.

“bondholders will firstly receive bonds worth 40 cents of their original claim.”

Wow, what super financial support Ukraine gets.

Nobody gives Russia anything. They must rent every “friend” that they have.

Not only are Russia’s foreign currency reserves running out, so are its gold reserves. Harder times ahead for Russians, because Putin.
