Yes Jon there have been accounting errors.

Let’s say you have a 50 year old car like a M-113 😂, and you paid 100k for it back in the 60s , but it has been sitting in your back 40 for decades and you donate it to goodwill for a tax write off, you can’t claim a 100,000 write-off

But hey what do I know I am just a “low IQ” grunt

Kremlin snuff box, 07/27/24

The enemy is attacking our airfields again. What does this tell us?

The enemy attacked the Ryazan region, directly talking about a drone raid in the direction of the Dyagilevo airfield. This is the 3rd airfield attacked by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 2 days. In particular, it arrived very densely the day before in Crimea.

This time we did not fly directly to the Dyaghilevo airfield, but there is an unpleasant moment that is worth paying attention to. The drones were not noticed after crossing the border; they were identified and shot down literally on approach.

Moreover, one of the drones did not reach the airfield, but it was not hit by our air defense, but self-destructed after falling. Fortunately, no consequences.

It is worth noting that Dyagilevo is a parking and maintenance site for Tu-22M3 strategic bombers. This time we managed to repel the attack, but sources say that UAV raids are becoming more widespread, and the drones themselves are more difficult to detect.

This is also superimposed on the natural decrease in the amount of air defense that is lost during combat operations. At the same time, the need to protect Moscow and oil refining facilities has not disappeared.

Pilots and airfield maintenance personnel insist that it is long overdue to pay close attention to the arrangement of capital protection elements for our aircraft fleet. Otherwise, there is a threat of a sharp reduction in the number of aircraft in the next 1-2 years.

Jeffrey Sachs with probably the smartest and most accurate assessment of the Ukraine war, and American foreign policy more broadly, ever caught on tape.
