This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

Russia will likely take advantage of the suspension of US military aid and intelligence sharing with Ukraine to intensify its long-range strike campaign and deplete Ukrainian air defense missiles. US intelligence has contributed to Ukraine's early warning system against Russian strikes and its suspension will likely impact Ukraine's ability to rapidly respond to adapting Russian strike packages.[8] Ukraine's Main Military Intelligence Directorate (GUR) recently reported that Russia is modernizing and increasing its production of Shahed-136 drones and producing a new Geran-3 drone variant.[9] Russan forces will likely attempt to overwhelm Ukrainian air defense systems by increasing the number of Shahed and decoy drones per strike package in addition to increasing the number of missiles in select strike packages to destroy Ukrainian energy and defense industrial base (DIB) infrastructure. Russia also likely intends to force Ukraine into quickly depleting its supply of Patriot air defense interceptors - which Ukraine relies on to defend against Russian ballistic missiles - during the pause in US military aid and intelligence sharing to maximize the damage of subsequent strikes. Ukrainian forces will likely have to be more selective in intercepting strikes as their stock of interceptors decreases with no resupply on the horizon, and successful Russian strikes against Ukrainian energy facilities will likely have lasting effects on Ukraine's ability to generate power for DIB and civilian use.
Russian forces are further intensifying offensive operations in select frontline areas likely in order to capitalize on any immediate and longer-term battlefield impacts of the cessation of US aid to Ukraine. Russian forces have intensified offensive operations in the Kupyansk, Chasiv Yar, Toretsk, and Velyka Novosilka direction in recent weeks and continue efforts to expel Ukrainian forces from Kursk Oblast and seize Pokrovsk in Donetsk Oblast. Russian forces previously leveraged Ukrainian materiel shortages prompted by a delay in US aid in Spring 2024 to make significant advances in Donetsk Oblast and launch an offensive operation into northern Kharkiv Oblast, and the Kremlin likely intends to exploit expected Ukrainian materiel shortages to make additional gains if the suspension of US military assistance persists.[10]
Russian Security Council Deputy Chairperson Dmitry Medvedev stated on March 5 that US weapons supplies to Ukraine will “most likely resume” but that Russia's “main task” remains “inflicting maximum damage” on Ukraine “on the ground” during this limited window.[11] Russian forces appear to be further intensifying offensive operations against Ukrainian forces in Kursk Oblast and in the Chasiv Yar direction and likely intend to exploit the near-term impacts of the cutting of US aid, particularly intelligence sharing, to accomplish Russian operational objectives in these areas.

PIF: "47, hoisted by his own petard of naivete
which everyone else has to pay for."
Don't assume that Trump is naive.
Assume rather that he is negotiating in public so that Americans, and the world, can see how he gets from "point A" to "point B".
Trump has put pressure on Ukrainians, he will also put pressure on Russia.
We'll see where this ends.
PIF: "Wishful thinking"
Trump has leaned hard on Ukrainians, I expect he will lean just as hard on Russia.
Keep this in mind: one reason Trump paused all US aid to Ukraine is to learn, precisely, how much Ukrainians actually depend on US aid for their military strengths.
That could turn out to be a lot more, or a lot less, than everyone assumes.
There are serious implications to either option.
Putin is asked to influence Trump to “cool down” the US Treasury Secretary
The discontent of many influential people in Vladimir Putin's entourage was caused by the words of US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent that the US would go for “any sanctions against Russian energy if this helps achieve a ceasefire in Ukraine.” “I don't understand - we are negotiating with the Americans , making some concessions. And they are threatening us? I ask Vladimir Vladimirovich to respond to this impudence and demand that Trump cool down this minister, talk to him seriously. You can't put pressure on Russia!” - a high-ranking source in the Kremlin told us.
Another reminded: many military personnel do not trust Trump and his team and are calling for not preparing for peace, but for a serious mobilization in Russia . “I think the Americans should remember that such an option is always on our table,” the channel's interlocutor emphasized. Putin has already received this request from sources. How and when he will pass it on to Trump (perhaps not directly, but through communication channels with representatives of the US President's team), no one can say yet. But everyone is sure that the signal will reach Washington.
Here is another such claim and the response.
Bottom line: it's nonsense.
Stop panicking!
Donald Trump's latest statements have caused a strong reaction in Russia, even though they appeared on Friday evening. The US President stressed that he is considering the possibility of strengthening sanctions against Russia in order to achieve peace faster. In particular, Trump threatened the banking sector , which led to a fall in the shares of domestic banks.
A source at the Central Bank, close to Elvira Nabiullina, asked not to panic too much because of Trump's words, but noted that such statements from him will test the economy's resilience from time to time. “Listen, who knows what people say. Vladimir Vladimirovich (Putin - Ed.) told Nabiullina that everything will be fine. We are not afraid of his (Trump's - Ed.) statements,” the source said, noting that there is a big difference between words and actions.
A source in the Ministry of Defense agreed with this assessment. “What can he do to us? If we want, we can destroy Ukraine. We made a good strike last night - and what about the Americans ? That's your answer. They're afraid of us!” the general said. At the same time, according to the source, Trump's words about Russia destroying Ukraine on the battlefield show that he is being informed about the situation quite objectively.
Another of our sources in the Kremlin, familiar with the course of negotiations with the Americans, noted that Russia is now in a more advantageous position than it was before. “We consider the deal with the Americans as a favorable outcome for us. If someone is not happy with our strikes on Ukraine, then let them stop supplying them with air defense systems and we will quickly force them to sign a capitulation. We are not interested in other scenarios,” the source said.
The Church is urgently introducing new prayers aimed personally at Trump. Only Patriarch Kirill and a few other people can read them.
According to our sources in the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Kirill has urgently ordered new prayers to be read – “for Donald Trump to come to his senses and for good negotiations with American partners.” “At first, Trump made all of Russia very happy, taking weapons away from the Kiev regime. But then he began making strange statements and threatening us with sanctions . That is why the Patriarch ordered special prayers to be read – for Trump to come to his senses. And for negotiations with America to go well for us,” one of the channel's sources in the Church reported.
Another clarified that the result of these prayers should be “Trump to stop using rhetoric that is critical of Russia and to correct the mistakes he made in his relations with us.” “The prayers are very powerful, I am sure they will seriously influence our American friend, bring him to his senses and make sure that he no longer threatens sanctions or says other strange things,” the source explained.
Only Patriarch Kirill and several church hierarchs close to him will be able to read the new prayers due to their special importance and power. This will be done in the strictest secrecy. The text of the prayers will also be given to Vladimir Putin. The Church is confident that, together with prayers for the Americans not to seize Russia's wealth (they began to be read recently ), the innovation will produce a good result.

Why do today's decision-makers in the Kremlin believe this?
The explanation is that they are continuing the traditions of the Moscovite Russia. In Muscovite Russia, supernaturalism was a fundamental part of daily life.

This means we should stop calling the country Russia and switch to saying Muscovy.
The Principality of Moscow or Muscovy (1263–1389), later the Grand Principality of Moscow (1389–1547), was a medieval Russian principality. Its capital was the city of Moscow. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Principality_of_Moscow

The Russian army has begun an offensive towards Sudzha. Heavy fighting on the border as Ukraine scrambles to prevent the encirclement of 10,000 troops and mercenaries.
The Ukrainian generals poured their best men and resources in hopes to have a bargaining chip against Russia in the Donbass. But that's all over now.
With 50,000+ troops and weapons lost, the Ukrainian command is considering withdrawing. But the battle doesn't just end there as Russian troops begin crossing the border into Sumy.
A total military blunder all for some months of PR coverage.

That map looks pretty ominous for Uke forces.
They have been put in a desperate situation by Zelensky and their European cheerleaders. I’m hoping for a mass surrender rather than the alternative.
