This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

At least 20 soldiers were killed in Lugansk

The enemy strike occurred not far from the Lugansk Engineering Plant. According to our information, at least 20 servicemen were killed. Some of them arrived in the Northern Military District zone just a few days ago.

Happy memory to the fallen guys. I wonder who directed the APU to this object? Losses in equipment have not yet been disclosed.

Iran launched a direct attack on Israel. What does this change for Russia?

Last night, Iran launched a combined attack on Israel. There is a commotion in the world about this, as the situation in the Middle East continues to worsen. In fact, one of many conflicts is moving into a hot phase.

This has a double effect for our country.

On the one hand, Iran’s involvement in the war will affect military-technical cooperation with the Russian Federation. We are talking about the supply of drones, missiles and other weapons.

On the other hand, the involvement of Israel in the war will entail the involvement of the United States and other allies of Tel Aviv in the conflict. This, in turn, will distract them from Ukraine for some time. In this regard, Iran and its proxies play an important role.

China, whose influence in Iran has grown greatly in recent years, is also watching the situation with great interest.

It is especially worth mentioning the role of Donald Trump in this story. He repeatedly threatened Iran. Tehran even asked Moscow to help avoid Trump’s second arrival in the White House.

There are fears that if he wins the election, Trump may turn to resolving the conflict in the Middle East. And no one knows what his approach will be.

There is one more point that intelligence officials are cautious about talking about.

Shifting the focus of Kyiv’s Western allies away from Ukraine will open a certain window of opportunity for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

It is no secret that the West places restrictions on Kiev in terms of launching attacks with Western weapons on Moscow and other Russian cities. In theory, this balance can now be changed.

Then the question remains: does the Ukrainian Armed Forces have the means to carry out such attacks.

The Israeli Defense Forces as well as their allies from the USA, UK and Jordan eliminated 99% of all incoming drones and missiles, almost all way before entering Israeli air space.

The following statement was issued by the Israeli Defense Forces:

“Iran launched approximately 170 drones, none of which breached Israeli territory thanks to interceptions by Israeli air force warplanes and allied air defense systems.

Iran also fired over 30 cruise missiles; however, none entered Israeli territory, with 25 being intercepted by warplanes outside the country’s borders.

Additionally, out of over 120 ballistic missiles launched, only a few managed to cross into Israel. Most were intercepted, but those that did penetrate caused minor infrastructure damage at the Nevatim air force base.

A 10 year old girl was severely wounded by shrapnel, we are praying for her speedy recovery.”

Iran possesses 200 few drones and missiles that can be sold to RuZZia.

Will Israel launch another attack? My guess is not. But I wouldn’t put money on it.

“The New York Times reported early Sunday that Biden administration officials were advising Israel against a further attack on Iran given its successful defense.”

“Ukraine has the capacity to produce 150,000 drones every month “

>>>>>

“Drones are crowding Ukraine’s skies, largely paralyzing battlefield”

“So many drones patrol the skies over Ukraine’s front lines — hunting for any signs of movement — that Ukrainian and Russian troops have little ability to move on the battlefield without being spotted, and blown up.

Instead, on missions, they rush from one foxhole to another, hoping the pilots manning the enemy drones overhead are not skilled enough to find them inside. Expert drone operators, their abilities honed on the front, can stalk just a single foot soldier to their death, diving after them into hideouts and trenches.

The surge in small drones in Ukraine has turned the area beyond either side of the zero line — normally known as “the gray zone” — into “the death zone,” said Oleksandr Nastenko, commander of Code 9.2, a drone unit in Ukraine’s 92nd brigade. Those who dare to move day or night under the prying eyes of enemy drones “are dead immediately,” he said.

Cheap drones deployed in Ukraine have transformed modern warfare — and initially gave Ukrainian troops an advantage on a battlefield where they are perpetually outnumbered and outgunned. “This is the evolution of our survival,” Nastenko said.”

“In the US, Speaker Mike Johnson said the House will vote this week on aid for Israel in the wake of Iran’s attack, and he indicated Ukraine funds could be part of the package.

“The House Republicans and the Republican party understand the necessity of standing with Israel,” Johnson said on Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures. “The details of that package are being put together now.””

I actually worked on the BAE-146 autopilot software back in the early 1990s.

“Iran:

Mahan Air VIP aircraft BAe-146-200 EP-MMV #7335B6 departed Tehran, tracking south.

This aircraft often transports high-ranking members of Iran’s IRGC-Quds Force. Unknown who is aboard today.”

A group of inspectors from Moscow disappeared in the DPR

Not far from Donetsk, on Friday a group of inspectors from the Ministry of Defense, which arrived in the DPR in the middle of last week, stopped communicating.

Sources close to Defense Minister Shoigu informed us about this. According to rumors, the verification was not easy.

In preparation for the summer offensive campaign, unscheduled inspections are being carried out in the troops in order to identify a lack of property, transport, and equipment for the military.

What exactly happened to the inspectors is not yet clear.

There are rumors that they could simply go on a drinking binge. However, it is extremely strange that there is no connection with 3 high-ranking officers at once.

“Strikes Upend Israel’s Belief About Iran’s Willingness to Fight It Directly”

“Israel had grown used to targeting Iranian officials without head-on retaliation from Iran, an assumption overturned by Iran’s attacks on Saturday.”

“Iran’s unprecedented strikes on Israel this weekend have shaken Israel’s assumptions about its foe, undermining its long-held calculation that Iran would be best deterred by greater Israeli aggression.

For years, Israeli officials have argued, both in public and in private, that the harder Iran is hit, the warier it will be about fighting back. Iran’s barrage of more than 300 drones and missiles on Saturday — the first direct attack by Iran on Israel — has overturned that logic.

The attack was a response to Israel’s strike earlier this month in Syria that killed seven Iranian military officials there. Analysts said it showed that leaders in Tehran are no longer content with battling Israel through their various proxies, like Hezbollah in Lebanon or the Houthis in Yemen, but instead are prepared to take on Israel directly.

“I think we miscalculated,” said Sima Shine, a former head of research for the Mossad, Israel’s foreign intelligence agency.

“The accumulated experience of Israel is that Iran doesn’t have good means to retaliate,” Ms. Shine added. “There was a strong feeling that they don’t want to be involved in the war.”

Instead, Iran has created “a completely new paradigm,” Ms. Shine said.”

“The accumulated experience of Israel is that Iran doesn’t have good means to retaliate”

Perhaps as they approach and pass the nuclear threshold, things change.

The recent attack could also serve as a dry run for delivering nukes to targets in Israel - see what gets through, start gaming the defenses.

“GOP House Intel chair says he expects Ukraine aid to pass this week”

Kyiv Post reports:

“Former US President Donald Trump signaled to his fellow Republicans that he is not opposed to approving military aid for Ukraine, but that it should “exist in the form of a loan” after months of impasse in Congress.

“We’re looking at it right now, and they’re talking about it, and we’re thinking about making it in the form of a loan instead of just a gift. We keep handing out gifts of billions and billions of dollars, and we’ll take a look at it.

“But much more importantly to me is the fact that Europe has to step up, and they have to give money. They have to equalize. If they don’t equalize I’m very upset about it, because they’re affected much more than we are,” Trump said at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, as reported by The Hill.

It should be noted that total European aid has surpassed US aid for Ukraine, though a significant gap remains between EU commitments and allocations, which would require the bloc to double its current level and pace of arms assistance to fully replace US aid (by which they probably mean equal what is actually provided), as reported by the Kiel Institute.”

Great news on Ukraine aid!

If the Europeans are true to form, as soon as the US check clears, most of the big players will welch on their commitments. Maybe deliver a quarter or a third of what they talked about...
