This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

So, Bowes is a paid Russian propagandist & liar.
Setting aside the cynicism of a Russian calling Ukraine's president a "dictator", we can see the lie by looking at what Zelensky actually said in the linked quote:

"What concerns elections, we have full understanding.
We want the war to end and for us to have elections, and we more than anyone want the end of the war.
During this war our population is against elections, all people are against elections, why?
Because everyone understands what will happen.
What are elections?
Today -- I'm absolutely not afraid of them -- just what will happen?

We need to end the state of war, or suspend the state of war.
If we suspend the state of war, we will lose our army.
And in principle, the Russians will be happy.

So, like any trained propagandist, Chay Bowes picked a few words out of context to make them say something never intended by their speaker.

The real problem with Ukrainian elections is that they are constitutionally forbidden while Ukraine is under martial law -- which it has been since Russia's invasion on February 24, 2022.
An end to the war will also end martial law and allow Ukrainian elections.
However, it could also end Ukraine's ability to hold its army together.

That, in principle, will make Russians happy.
Ukrainians, not so much.

As for the alleged missing $100 billion, Zelensky said he never received it.
Reports like this one explain that while much of that has not yet been delivered, much more represents the dollar values of equipment and deployments outside Ukraine, intended to bolster NATO militaries, but counted as "Ukraine aid".

He reports that an initial Ukrainian attack was repelled, but Ukrainian forces launched another assault. He calls the situation chaotic, with heavy combat and a significant Ukrainian presence.

Ukraine is considering ceding territory to Russia to bring the war to an end, it has been claimed.

German newspaper Der Spiegel cited officials close to the government in Kyiv, who claimed Ukraine is now holding "serious discussions" about changing its goal to end the war only after regaining all the territories seized by Russia.

Trump has also branded Zelensky a "salesman" and added that he has no "appetite for further Ukraine funding."
