President Trump on Tuesday night announced that he would be holding a rally in the South Bronx. During his interview with Laura Ingraham on FOX News, Trump added that he is also planning a rally at Madison Square Garden.
New York is in play.

At the moment, I can’t remember who but one of the outlets I follow recalled how a planned Trump rally in 2016 was cancelled due to riots.

Trump is so smart. If the powers shut him down in NYCity, he will have a campaign issue that will resonate everywhere.
If he holds his gathering likely there will be scuffling, head breaking, nose smashing and foot stomping that will halt the fetivities and give Trump another victory. Then there is also the possibility of thousands of Trumpists raising the roof of Madison Square Garden! Victory!

Is renting Madison Square Garden considered “doing business” in New York? It is not real estate business. It seems to me to be political campaign business. If they tried to prevent him from conducting campaign business, that would clearly be election interference.
