Iran-backed Houthis sunk a British ship in the Red Sea on Monday and attacked two US ships in the Gulf of Aden.

The US is also investigating a US Reaper drone that crashed in Yemen on Monday.

According to reports: “The United Kingdom’s Maritime Trade Operations Agency (UKMTO) reported Monday that the Houthis sunk a ship traveling in the Red Sea , south of the port city of Mukha in Yemen. It is the the first time since the start of Israel’s war on Hamas in Gaza that a crew had to abandon their ship because of the Houthis.”

Why pick on Britain? Don’t they house millions of your fellow Arabs?

Asking for a friend.

Your question really needs to know who Napalm will be used on? If on civilians, you can’t do that. If on enemy combatants, yes you can. Are the H rebels civilians or are they military combatants in an armed revolution.

Is Napalm Banned?

Although critics have for decades drawn attention to what they call the inhumane effect the weapon has on its targets, Napalm is not banned under international convention.

However, its use on civilian targets is against the law.

In 1980, the United Nations (UN) Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW) outlawed its use against civilian targets. Still, infamously, the United States did not become a signatory.

That changed with President Obama’s first full day in office in 2009 when he finally signed the US as a signatory to the 1980 convention.

B52 carpet bombing would stop this but ice cream shrinkage isn’t a primary concern.

"Neutering Iran and her allies is in the interest of the United States, and Britain."

And because of that, neutering America and her allies is in the interest of the Russia, India, China and the rest of the world.

This $32,000,000 drone was shot down. You can find the video on Twitter and the Houthi-recovered wreckage.

Jefferson convinced the Congress to build the first heavy ships in our Navy.

Yes, to protect American ships. He wasn't sending the U.S. Navy to protect ships from other countries.

Globalists have directed their minions in the U.S. government to send the U.S. military to protect globalist shipping, not U.S. shipping.

Almost everyone, China and India included, was better off under the pax Americana that reigned from 1945-1990.

If we could not neuter a backward country of camel riders, with no oil, no navy, no air force, such as fanatic Islamist Afghanistan, is it realistic to assume we can destroy Iran with much bigger population, much more educated people, with much more advanced military than Afghanistan will ever have? May be we can nuke Iran but that will not go over well in world public relations.

Funny but when I hear it I think of an owl. :)

GDP of China and India in 2023 is more than double now compared to 1990.

Could we have destroyed the reaper drone wreckage thoroughly after it crashed, or is it known technology to our foes?
= = =

Well, to play 4-D drone chess - - -

Load up reaper software with virii and backdoors and stuff.

And crash it. And let them copy it. And then launch it.

And it will circle back and crash on its launch point.

Or, crash the controlling HQ building.

The world has changed a little bit since we started trading around the world.

You seem to want to go back to the 1790’s. That’s not going to happen.

The US has a tiny merchant fleet by global standards, most US trade is carried by ships flying other flags. If the USN only protected US ships there wouldn’t be many goods being shipped into and out of the US if shipping came under attack at choke points like the Suez Canal.
