Mr Mayor knows releasing the names gives up the game so he like every other blue city/state police learned well from the Nashville PD on how to hide unpleasant facts regarding protected classes of people. All these blue jurisdictions think they are just a bit smarter than the rest of us and we wander in the darkness trying to figure out who did the shooting while they withhold the facts. Just another reason they hate us is because they can never outsmart us.
