The virus can hijack heart cells and turn them into busy little virus factories, building zillions of new copies of the virus. The heart cell ends up dying and you get flooded with virus. This is Not A Good Thing.

The vaccines can cause inflammation which doesn’t kill heart cells, but doesn’t feel good either. However in the official received text of the kook school, this is much worse. Don’t ask why, they Know Stuff and you just have to accept it.
