Well, first, you should never separate the word "crazy" from the word "Medvedev" by any words other than "as a loon" or similar.
Second, Medvedev's lunacy only reflects that of his boss, RussIa's dictator for the past 24 years, an Old Soviet KGB LtCol., plus "Putin's Brain" alleged, a certain Alexander Dugin.
Together they are driving Russians into a frenzy of revaunchist empire building aggressions.
As for Ukraine, my guess is they'll do just fine, once they've dealt with their larger neighbor.
