The anarchist Bakunin said: “The destructive urge is also a creative urge.”
But the Left only knows what it wants to destroy. They don’t know what they want to create (which is why socialists have never created a society that works). So they go around destroying things, and creating piles of rubble. That’s the best they can do. They are overwhelming our systems and they don’t have any endgame in sight other than a big pile of rubble.
Piven was at the Obama Care signing as a guest of Barry.
The end game is simply this:
At some point, the public will get fed up with all the crime and chaos and will willingly accept a strong and tyrannical government for security. That government will never go away of it’s own volition. The government of Orwell’s 1984 will be here.........................
When I left active duty Military in 1992, I was shocked at how hard they pushed medical disability on us. They literally yelled at folks coming out if we didn’t claim some disability. I thought it strange. However in retrospect, I believe it was purposeful. Get exiting soldiers on some form of Government entitlement. Then they will do whatever you say in the future
this was all explained years ago by Glenn Beck
this was all explained years ago by Glenn Beck
And, before Beck, American Thinker had an excellent article/breakdown, on this leftist strategy.
I printed it out, when they published it, well over a decade ago.
Mr. Cheetos Face threw away all his credibility years ago.......................
The only working socialist soceity ever created was monastaries and nunneries
It was good to post this, WE all know what’s happening but the vast majority of people in this country don’t. They just “don’t have the time or inclination to do anything about it. They can’t be bothered, just leave them to their everyday lives. I new about this some years ago, and I wasn’t retired, I just payed attention to what was going on politically and socially. It’s not rocket science.
It’s the “frogs in the pot” scenario, pure and simple.
And it may be too late to do anything about it.
He had a great show that was a forerunner for his time for some years, and he was the first to explain the cloward-piven strategy to the average American.
I give him credit for that.
excellent post. Sad, but I see it everyday, everywhere.
The American Revolution was a time of men of strong moral character who were very involved in the governing of their small towns and large towns at the locial level.
“So long as they (the Proles) continued to work and breed, their other activities were without importance. Left to themselves, like cattle turned loose upon the plains of Argentina, they had reverted to a style of life that appeared to be natural to them, a sort of ancestral pattern...Heavy physical work, the care of home and children, petty quarrels with neighbors, films, football, beer and above all, gambling filled up the horizon of their minds. To keep them in control was not difficult.”
― George Orwell, 1984
“the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands”
You mean like letting 3.8 to 13 million illegal aliens (depends on who has the most accurate numbers) stroll across the Southern Border looking for free stuff?
“The Lottery, with its weekly pay-out of enormous prizes, was the one public event to which the proles paid serious attention. It was probable that there were some millions of proles for whom the Lottery was the principal if not the only reason for remaining alive. It was their delight, their folly, their anodyne, their intellectual stimulant. Where the Lottery was concerned, even people who could barely read and write seemed capable of intricate calculations and staggering feats of memory. There was a whole tribe of men who made their living simply by selling systems, forecasts, and lucky amulets. Winston had nothing to do with the Lottery, which was managed by the Ministry of Plenty, but he was aware (indeed everyone in the party was aware) that the prizes were largely imaginary. Only small sums were actually paid out, the winners of the big prizes being nonexistent persons.”
― George Orwell, 1984

Good post, but I think some of them are introspective enough to know what they really want; Power
Some of them are not self aware enough to know what drives them, and it’s buried under all sorts of self-serving anger, hate, and sense of injustice, but the one thing is true is that none of them are honest enough to admit it.
Look at how many times the leftists used extreme tyranny under the guise of creating a utopia. Like you say, they don’t truly have any vision about how utopia is ever going to work. It’s just an ever moving goalpost that is an excuse for attacking those had established wealth, institution, and influence in the unconscious quest to consolidate power.
Ping
That plus never-ending wars added to the already over-loaded government employee/military retirement system, the Social Security and Medicare system and the totally useless Education system....................
I pinged a friend on this and wrote,
“Every once in a while, someone publishes the dirty truth...”
Obama announced it in November 2008 -- the "fundamental transformation" of America. That is, the destruction of America, and its rebirth as a socialist "utopia".
Hell, the Wikipedia page for "Cloward-Piven Strategy" was created in December 2008. Coincidence?
I've been telling people about Cloward-Piven forever. But do they listen?
