I don’t think the D’s are afraid they R’s will impeach Biden nor do they care what happens to the senile old man. What they’re worried about is how this will factor into their control of congress and administrative state power. They don’t want anything to force their hand and end up with Harris as an incumbent next year because even cheating won’t put that witch over the top.
