In a historic move, the U.S. House of Representatives has officially opened an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. The House voted 221 to 212, escalating a probe that has been underway for months and putting a spotlight on the Biden family’s finances and business dealings.

This significant development in 2023 is marked by contentious debates, with Democrats asserting that there is insufficient evidence of Biden’s involvement in corruption to warrant impeachment. However, the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into Joe Biden paints a contrasting picture.

...Democrats asserting that there is insufficient evidence of Biden’s involvement in corruption to warrant impeachment.

Mealy-mouth words. An inquiry is to find out if there's enough evidence for impeachment.

Repubs better run it like the Dems ran their inquiry (heavily loaded Dems with a few whispers from Republicans).

The unfolding impeachment inquiry sets the stage for a tumultuous U.S. political period.

As if it hasn't already been tumultuous! It started with Bubba Klinton, hit new heights under the usurper Hussein 0bama, continued with Nanzi Pelosi attempting to bring down the legitimate President, further continued with a STOLEN ELECTION in 2020, and has hit a crescendo with the weaponization of the DOJ, FBI, CIA under the senile socialist would-be dictator Biden.

Why now? Because it’s been smooth sailing since President Reagan?

If “yes” then what the bloody ‘Ell is historic about this?

Other than the Democrat politicians and the MSM, does anybody see the Democrat electorate that currently can’t support Biden, suddenly changing their minds because of the impeachment inquiry and supporting him? Do these people think, after the news of RHB indictments by a Democrat special counsel, that they can convince the Democrat voters that Hunter/Joe aren’t up to their eyeballs in corruption and debauchery?

Oops, almost forgot. Repeat after me: “MAGA bad, Biden good . . .”

I don’t think they did do an inquiry for Trump. They just went ahead and impeached him without it, from what I remember. Which is a million times worse!

The battle is fought on MANY fronts. Don’t just watch things. Get involved in a local situation.

Wars are won in many small events.

I like my “U.S. political periods” (USPPs) tumultuous. Besides we’ve already been through two tumultuous political periods when the RAT family decided to impeach PRESIDENT TRUMP, TWICE! We can do this one with Bidenskyyyyy while standing on our heads.

That’s what I was about to say. It starts with Clinton’s election in 1992. The Clintons realized that keeping the pot boiling could be used to benefit the Democrats. Not that there weren’t periods of tumult earlier (e.g., the 1850s), but I think it has been worse since 1992 than it had usually been earlier.
