The plan is to railroad Trump by jailing him and handing Nikki Haley the nomination. This is why the media has been showing her beating Biden by 17 points but Trump only beating him by 4 points. It’s a planned set-up.

The whole case is an outrage, as is the documents case, while they bring no charges against Biden and Pence.
They agreed. Reply by Trump before Aug. 21.
Jack aught quit it. He’s got many years ahead of him to comingle with the deplorable masses. That is unless he goes back to Belgium where he came from to hide out in perpetuity. Some World Court assignment being paid for by the American taxpayer.
All this accomplishes is to make Trump stronger.
Mad Jack has a deadline of December 15 to explain to the House Oversight Committee why he thought he had the right to bring these charges (he submarined it on to the NARA documents case).
That may lead to him being cut off financially or worse. It’s all an obvious abuse of power and in fact an arrogation of power he didn’t have.
So he’s gotta speed up the process if he can.
But the arrogance of demanding a hearing from the SCOTUS bypassing normal procedure is off the charts for this guy. He’s something unseen in American history.
If the Supreme Court says, yes, then Pedo Joe is in Supreme trouble.
He’s been committing crimes while we post.

It would be hilarious if the SC decided he had immunity lol. Then what?
If Smith is asking for the Supreme Court to decide, it absolutely MUST be that he knows that the ‘fix is in’ and the S.C. will decide against Trump.
He wouldn’t risk it otherwise.
I think Smith is shooting himself in the foot here. If he let this play out, his handpicked judges would probably deny the immunity claim, and he’d get his convictions, and then maybe they would be reversed on appeal.
If the SC agrees to make a determination, and they side with Trump, which seems to be the most likely outcome, then Smith’s whole case is demolished and he’ll never get a conviction.
Since he hasn’t been convicted of a crime...

DC appellate court instructs Trump to respond to Jack Smith’s other motion filed today for expedited schedule.
3 judge panel has 2 Dems including Florence Pan, who oddly ends up on almost every J6 appeal of consequence
Maybe Jacksmith is looking for a way to drop this thing and go back to the Hague? He’s skipping the appellate court, a reliable ally and taking what is at best a crap shoot. If he loses he’ll be out of business
Maybe he’s not encouraged by what he’s heard from around town about his project?
DC is a foreign country, but maybe they’re worried about what we in America are thinking about them?
Anybody know anything from inside ?
