Okay, BIGOT: Forbes Teaches ‘Ways to Decenter Whiteness in Your Workplace’

Forbes is taking the Thanksgiving season to wokescold companies on why they should “decenter whiteness” in their workplaces. Yes, you read that right.

Forbes’ racist Nov. 19 post of its propaganda on X spoke for itself: “3 Ways To Decenter Whiteness In Your Workplace.” The article, published Oct. 25 by senior contributor Janice Gassam Asare, railed how “[w]hite-centering can be thought of as a system that prioritizes white dominant culture to the detriment of non-white groups and cultures.” The agitprop pontificated to readers how “White-centering has been given many names including the white gaze and whiteness as the default.” According to Asare's openly brazen prejudice, businesses that haven’t yet addressed “white-centering” are knee-capping social justice. “Because white-centering is often left unexamined and unchecked, equity and justice have continued to evade organizations.”

The only thing critical racist theory is about is revenge. All the while they ignore the black slave owners and Native American tribes who owned slaves.

You’re right. It’s the “affirming the antecedent” psyops propaganda technique. It’s a logical fallacy.

Both my wife and I have noticed over the years that when any department of an agency or organization gets a black person in charge of hiring that unit nearly always becomes filled with all black people. That’s the bigotry we see. The last example I saw was at the dialysis unit of a very large county hospital. Not one white employee in the unit, but the rest of the hospital more balanced.

I have given up hope working for a company that is more concerned about making a profit than ESG or DEI awards. The past 2 years have been the worst. The company always had a mix of minority and sexual orientations. They all wanted the company to make money. These past few years the T part of LBGTQ have been more concerned about their activism and not the actual job they were hired to perform. Social awards seem to be more important than profit. As the older people leave, the many of younger workers either don’t stay or aren’t interested in the work. The few that do stay will have to put up with the nonsense.

Thank you for putting a name to it.

This forum would be improved greatly if we would, in addition to making snarky remarks, do things like identify and expose the propaganda techniques employed by Big Media, Big Education, and Big Government.

Agreed with and agreed with strongly! They also have all the terms WRONG. Toni Morrison came up with the term "white gaze", which simply means that a non-white person writes and creates with only white people in mind. It's a form of self-editing. So that's one term they coopted from a woman of color and redefined.

White-centering is a term used by so many activists I don't know who started it! But it applies to white "allies" -- white people who assist minority causes -- and is when those allies put their own experiences as white people above those of the minorities they're trying to help. Remember back when the BLM crap started, and black people were telling all the white people that showed up to march with them to go to the back? That was because those white liberals were "white-centering." It has NOTHING to do with office or work locations or anything else.

Yep, liberals playing that ages old game of "liberal telephone", except that all the phones are on speaker!

Austin Russell, a 28-year-old automotive technology tycoon, acquired an 82% stake in Forbes Global Media Holdings, parent of the well-known business magazine.

The deal values the company at close to $800 million, the parties said in a statement Friday. The seller, Hong Kong-based Integrated Whale Media Investments will retain a minority stake. The Forbes family will not, though Steve Forbes will remain involved.

Absolutely. I’ve posted threads on the US Army psyops manual from 1963 a couple of times. Learning all the logical fallacies is a lesson in how to recognize lies and obfuscation much easier. Politicians use these very same techniques. Notice how often politicians don’t answer direct questions. They just talk and it can be about something entirely different from the original question. Oh well...

"A couple of times ..."

We need to do more of it. A lot more. We're drowning in a sea of half-truths, distortions of the truth, obfuscations, prevarications, and outright lies ... so much that many people can't decipher it all and find the truth.
