Chrisie Laura Grace on X has stated that the lipid nano-particle ALONE can induce a long list of problems due to the "z potential" affinity to bind to tissues. That is independent of whether the LNP wraps DNA or mRNA as a payload. The payload does have an impact on the z potential of the total particle (LNP + mRNA or DNA), so the specific target tissue may differ because of the material wrapped, but again that is independent of what the DNA or mRNA payload will do when it transfects the target.
