Are you claiming no rape occurred during the Hamas massacre? There are numerous eyewitness testimonies, which is enough to get people convicted in court.

Or are you arguing that since the Hamas people are holding onto the videos they took, there is no publicly available video or photo evidence of the commission of rape by Hamas?

Thats how they avoid the rape accusation....thier oredations are “consensual.” Notice the language....its all counched as being consensual sexual intercourse. The iussue is coitus interruptus to avaid pregnancy and having an obligation to raise the child as a Muslim.
