NO the re is no “rape section” they are talking consensual sex with captive women.
Thats how they avoid the rape accusation....thier oredations are “consensual.” Notice the language....its all counched as being consensual sexual intercourse. The iussue is coitus interruptus to avaid pregnancy and having an obligation to raise the child as a Muslim.
I see your point that forced rape is not allowed. Still, there is a certain amount of coercion involved.
