In his defense, we do that to American babies at that rate every day. A value on life is just that.

Hmm. When I think of war I donāt think babies. Having been deployed in combat, I can definitely say we didnāt utilize babies for combatants. So, just speaking logically, babies and fog of war do not belong in the same sentence.
