The U.S. Marshals Service last year arrested three men accused of fatally beating 17-year-old high school student Ethan Liming to death outside the school founded by LeBron James in June.
The three men beat Liming to death and later bragged about it to friends.
According to reports, Ethan Liming, whose father is a pastor, tried to calm the situation in the parking lot when he got jumped and hit in the head from behind. The suspects broke his neck.

He said "white people dont understand, the man dissed the defendant".
They almost aquitted the man because the other man had " dissed him" and thats why he shot and killed the other man. He could have walked away, it was a rural area and it was an argument over a$30 debt. instead he shot the man. involuntary manslaughter.

Most have zero self esteem and anything you say even slightly negative, condemning, asking them to do something, telling them they were wrong, or even gently mentioning they could have done better,
will be met with the same feelings a 2 year old has when told to eat their peas.
anger, frustration, and total feeling of helplessness when faced with the impossible odds that those peas arent going anywhere without them having to do something they dont want too.
Some cultures do not produce people capable of self-government.

People need to carry their own justice in such situations.
Mud stomped ? Does that mean stomped so hard that Foot prints were left on the victims heart? These animals seem to believe there’s no consequences for murdering a white boy, justifiable homicide simply because the victim was white. I read the story on some site on Twitter.
The story said they hit the victim who fell, struck his head and died. In other words tried their best to sugarcoat it and make it sound like a fair fight.
I didn’t believe it for a second.
“They intended to give him a justifiable ass whooping. They did not intend to kill him.”
When you stomp on an unconscious person’s chest so hard that you leave a boot print on their chest and kick them in the head so hard that you break their neck, that’s not intended as an “ass whooping”. That’s intended to kill.
It’s Gateway Pundit, not a newspaper, and not a place where you find information except what they want to get clicks.
THe one charge ended with a hung jury — they can retry that charge and they are considering it.
A judge cannot ever “set aside” a not guilty verdict.
A judge can set aside a guilty verdict.
The state certainly agrees with you, and charged them.
And they did both get convicted of crimes, one a felony.
The jury simply was not entirely convinced that their actions were so outrageous given the provocation that they could be certain the brother deserved a harsher penalty (I didn’t see what the vote was for the charge that was hung, so it could have been a single juror).
I didn’t know that. (Not a lawyer, don’t play one on TV or elsewhere.) Appreciate the correction.
