I would say 50/50 on all questions posed, Either it's real or it isn't. Either Matt Gaettz wrote it or he didn't. If Gaetz wrote it and left it there, either he left it on purpose or heft accidently.
But I don't see a date or evidence that Gaetz authored it, but then again I do not see that well either.😋
