Maybe the temporary fencing is to prevent looters from going into the area and stealing anything that is salvageable.....
I know scrappers would be drooling to get into that area and doing what they do best.

If the Maui fire was really caused by downed transformers, an “innocent” explanation... there would be no need for such curtains or concealment fences. They’re showing us they’re guilty of what some of us suspected all along... else why the need to hide it and keep people away?
