AFAIK, he hasn’t even been charged with ‘insurrection’ anywhere that I know of.................
It’s just a smear.
It’s just name-calling.
The concept is: Trump cannot be president because the Democrats called him a trouble-maker.
He hasn’t been charged.
He certainly hasn’t been convicted.
The courts might possibly take the position that if the Democrats don’t like him, then he’s not allowed to be president. But that would just clarify the situation that some of us already see.
